Refund Policy for Walker Wildlife Control

At Walker Wildlife Control, we operate with integrity, transparency, and respect for our clients and local laws. To ensure consistency and fairness in our business practices, we enforce a strict No Refund Policy on all services rendered, deposits collected, and appointments booked.
1. All Sales Are Final
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. By scheduling a service, paying a deposit, or accepting a service visit, you agree to this policy in full.
2. Non-Refundable Services Include (but are not limited to):

Initial consultations (including free or emergency consults)

On-site inspections or assessments
-
Setup, placement, monitoring, and removal of traps

Baiting or rebaiting services
-
Emergency or after-hours calls
-
Travel/mileage or standby time
-
Labor or technician time, even if no animal is captured

Missed or rescheduled appointments
-
Canceled appointments without written confirmation 24+ hours in advance

Any prepaid services
3. No Guarantee of Capture
We use lawful, professional-grade techniques, but wildlife behavior is unpredictable. The presence of traps or bait does not guarantee an animal will enter.
Lack of capture or resolution does not entitle the client to a refund or credit.
4. Tampering and Third-Party Interference
If traps are moved, touched, damaged, or disarmed by any person other than our technician, no refund, warranty, or service guarantee applies.
This includes interference by:

Property owners or tenants

Children or pets
-
Unauthorized contractors or pest control companies
Tampering with traps is illegal in Kansas and may result in the termination of service and notification to local authorities.
5. Service Interruptions
We are not responsible for refunds or credits due to:

Weather delays
-
Restricted property access
-
Law enforcement or property management interference
-
Structural obstructions or site hazards that prevent lawful service
6. Deposits and Scheduling
If a deposit is required to schedule service, it is non-refundable.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment or are unavailable when we arrive, you forfeit your deposit and may incur a no-show fee.
7. Agreement by Use
Your use of our services constitutes agreement to this refund policy. A printed copy of this policy is available upon request and may also be included in your invoice or service agreement.
